One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is a hearty, delicious camping recipe. Perfect for minimal cleanup, it’s easy to make and customize.
Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground meat beef, turkey, or sausage
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 4 –5 cups water or broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Optional Add-Ons:
- Vegetables: Mushrooms zucchini, or bell peppers
- Herbs: Fresh basil or oregano
- Spices: Red pepper flakes
Brown the Meat
Heat olive oil in the pot over medium heat.
Cook the ground meat, breaking it into smaller pieces.
Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
Add Sauce and Pasta
Stir in marinara sauce with the meat mixture.
Layer uncooked spaghetti over the sauce.
Add water or broth until the pasta is fully submerged.
Simmer and Stir
Cover the pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce heat, stirring occasionally, and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Add extra liquid if needed.
Finish and Serve
Once the pasta is tender, remove from heat.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
