  • Knife: To slice bananas and any additional toppings.
  • Spoon or Spatula: For spreading peanut butter evenly.
  • Storage Containers: Use beeswax wraps, food-safe bags, or airtight containers for freshness.

Ingredients
  

Core Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla flour or whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 medium banana ripe but firm

Optional Add-Ons

  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips or dried fruits

Instructions
 

Lay Out the Tortilla

  • Place the tortilla flat on a cutting board or clean surface.

Spread the Peanut Butter

  • Use a spoon or spatula to evenly spread a thin layer of peanut butter across the tortilla, leaving about half an inch of space around the edges.

Add Banana Slices

  • Slice the banana into thin, even rounds and arrange them over the peanut butter.

Sprinkle on Optional Toppings

  • If desired, add granola, honey, cinnamon, or any other toppings for extra flavor and texture.

Roll the Tortilla

  • Starting from one side, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder. Apply gentle pressure to keep everything in place.

Slice or Store

  • Slice into smaller pieces for snacking or wrap the roll-up whole in beeswax wrap or a storage container.
