Ingredients

  • 2 cans of wild-caught tuna packed in water or oil
  • Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 –3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Diced celery or pickles
  • Fresh dill or parsley
  • Shredded carrots or diced red onion
  • Dash of hot sauce or seasoning to taste

Substitutions:

  • Mashed chickpeas for a plant-based version
  • Mashed avocado instead of mayo for a dairy-free option

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay a lettuce leaf flat and spoon a generous amount of tuna salad into the center.
  • Add optional toppings like shredded carrots or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
  • Roll the leaf tightly, folding in the edges for a secure wrap.
